The human resources sector plays an important role for any company because it takes care of one of the most important resources - its employees.
The CONEST core is the company’s employees. Our goal is to turn every job into a challenge, to promote an entrepreneurial spirit and a professional management.
Today we have about 400 qualified employees who build up a team of experts in engineering, design, technical works, finance and accounting, administrative works, a team supported by the skilled workers (asphalters, pavers, steel fixers, carpenters, locksmiths, welders, painters, scaffolders, bricklayers, plasterers, plumbers, electricians, machine mechanics).
Responsive to the evolution of the labour market, domestically, CONEST constantly improves its employees so that they would achieve a high level of training in the field, continuously providing them with trainings aimed at knowing and applying the procedures specific to project management.
The CONEST team annually brings together its employees to team buildings, motivating them towards cooperation, strategy, communication, creativity, overcoming their own limits and fun.
Internationally, CONEST is an active factor by providing certified professional training programs for specialized crafts in the field of constructions.
Starting from CONEST SA’s internal needs in terms of professional training, of integration of vulnerable people and of those from disadvantaged groups into the labour market, we have successfully implemented human resources development programs funded by the European Social Fund through the Sectoral Operational Program Developing Human Resources 2007-2013 “Invest in People!”.
Focused on achieving excellence, in creating value on the labour market, we maintain a permanent and sustainable collaboration with the academic environment and high schools in the field by attracting and supporting students in the practical learning process (ISCOP project, participation to the New Trends in Civil Engineering, participation to job fairs).
